Our services range from structural LGS installation and first fix through to second fix and full fit-out carpentry. Alongside this, we provide dedicated multi-service crews to support site operations where required.

More recently, we have been involved in major healthcare and residential developments. We recently completed a carpentry package at Bon Secours Hospital, Limerick, from January 2025 to January 2026, where our scope included door installation and second-fix carpentry. We are currently installing light gauge steel (LGS) systems for Remagine at University Hospital Limerick (UHL), as well as delivering both LGS installation and the full carpentry package on an ATG housing development in Enfield, Co. Meath. In addition, we continue to provide a multi-service crew on the Sisk AstraZeneca site in Blanchardstown.

In 2021, CGC partnered with Karsten Cleanroom Systems to help deliver approximately 6,000 sqm of cleanroom facilities in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Following the success of this project, CGC has continued to undertake a range of cleanroom installation and refurbishment projects across the greater Dublin area.

Alongside these projects, we are also delivering a range of smaller-scale works across multiple sites, maintaining the same high standard of workmanship and reliability.
